Yesterday was frigid but sunny enough to clear some of the white stuff from the streets. I rescued Monty from under my desk and we rode home from work.
There was still some light in the sky at 6:30 pm.
Monday’s evening commute will be bright, even if it’s cloudy. Hello, DST, how I’ve missed you! Spring is still a few weeks away, technically, but the time change is my signal to come out of hibernation.
Oh, you intrepid souls! Our streets are still littered with ice, though clearing rapidly. Here’s to spring and the hope that this last (beautiful!) storm is the last serious one of the season.
Today I feel like I’ve jetted to the tropics. It’s in the 40s!
I am so proud of you for biking so much this winter! tomorrow is supposed to be a balmy 50 degrees so I’m charging my bike lights!
